The AWE Early Literacy Station was created for kids ages 2-8 and contains over 4,000 learning activities in the categories of math, science & nature, social studies & geography, reading, art & music, writing & computer skills, and reference.
The fun and engaging interactive content is aligned with the STEM facets and is coordinated with the Common Core and standards for curriculum. AWE is set up to appeal to all types of learning by combining bright appealing images and video with clear audio and tactile elements.
Our AWE station in the Children's Room at the Wellesley Free Library allows for a child to explore alone, or with a grownup and some friends. Some of children's favorite recognizable characters will help them learn. They'll also meet new friends in the form of cartoon helpers.
